Bruschetta

I don't know about you but I love Bruschetta. I would get it every time I went to Olive Garden but I am also in love with their bread sticks and if I get Bruschetta and eat the bread sticks and eat the salad and eat some pasta, well that's just too much. (And I gotta save room for Tiramisu.!) Anyway, here's a delicious recipe that I whipped up tonight for some fresh Bruschetta.

Ingredients:
5 Roma tomatoes
Fresh Basil (a couple of sprigs)
Fresh Oregano (about an ounce)
1 tbs. Minced Garlic
1 tsp. salt
Olive oil
Vinegar

Dice up the tomatoes, basil and oregano and mix together in a bowl. Stir in the garlic and salt. Add Olive oil til just to the top of the tomatoes. Splash in vinegar. Serve with a sliced baguette. (Mine had a bit too much basil in it, so you might wanna go easy on it at first and then add more if you need.)

Sorry about there not being very many photos. I had to throw this together quickly since the husband was already in the middle of cooking dinner when I got home. Luckily this was a quick recipe so I was able to get it done in about 5 minutes. Also, originally when I posted this, I completely forgot about 2 ingredients. Luckily an anonymous tip reminded me and now it's been fixed. Hope you enjoy.

This recipe is missing Olive oil and vinegar.
(for a spicy treat instead of using white vinegar use pickled jalapeno juice trust me its incredible and you don't have to use that much)
