Fresh Salsa

I LOVE fresh salsa. So much that whenever I make this, I usually eat the whole bowl in one day. It smells delicious and tastes so fresh and clean. And it's actually pretty good for you! So, in an effort to steer away from my usual posts of stuff that isn't so great for you, (even if for but a brief moment) I felt like I had to share this quick salsa recipe. That is, if I can tear myself away from the bowl long enough...

Ingredients:
Roma tomatoes (I ended up using about 6)
Fresh cilantro
Onion (I used half because I don't really like huge bites of onion)
Peppers (Depending on how spicy you want it, you can add jalapenos, Serrano peppers etc. The husband used all our fresh peppers for his chili before I could get to them so I had to use canned chilis.)
Garlic (Fresh is better, but I only have this jar of  minced garlic and it's super convenient)
Lime (I used 2)
Corona (This is optional but only if you want delicious salsa)

Dice tomatoes, cilantro, onion and peppers and put them in a bowl. (Make sure you dice them small enough for bite size but not too small or it will turn to mush)

Mix in garlic and squeeze lime juice into salsa. Mix again, making sure to soak the delicious veggies in the lime juice.

Add Corona, taste, mix, taste again. Drink remainder of Corona.

Voila, now you have a simple item you can bring to any BBQ and it only took about 10 minutes. Plus, everyone will be raving about how awesome it is! Just try not to eat it before you even get to the party. And don't set it by me, because I will eat it.

White vinegar instead of corona and a little dash of salt makes this awesome.
