And now it's time for the simplest recipe ever. Roasted Pumpkin Seeds! A delicious, yet healthy snack that can be whipped up between those Mini Pumpkin Pies and Pumpkin Pancakes! Waste not, want not, that's my motto! Simply meaning, if you can use something you might otherwise throw away, then why not use it?

Ingredients:
Pumpkin seeds
Olive Oil
Salt
Pepper
First thing you gotta do is clean off all the pumpkin "goop" (as Aiden would call it.) You can do this with a regular colander and water. (You might find yourself picking the seeds off the pumpkin guts to get it completely clean.)
Coat the seeds in Olive Oil and season with salt and pepper. (You can also season with any other seasoning you might want, but salt and pepper seem to be perfect and simple.) Spread seeds out on a baking sheet lined with wax paper and bake at 350 degrees for approximately 15 minutes or until dried out.
I would share these with you guys, but my kids already ate them. Nothing makes me happier than seeing them loving something so simple and healthy to snack on!
